Balloonvine, Pineapple, Greenbell, Heartvine, Pomegranate, Stewartia, Jersey Cudweed, Habranthus, Russelia, Fullmoon Maple, Satsuki Azalea, Lamium and Manettia are all mature and busty to some extent, though only Balloonvine approaches BB territory. You're also right in that they're focusing explicitly on petite girls, since they asked for character direction and got an almost unanimous "we want more loli characters" reply in one of their early streams. They've been churning them out since then, and almost all of them been received well.

On a different note, turns out that オリジナル花騎士 tag is a thing now. There's only a couple of entries under it, compared to Kancolle's オリジナル艦娘 which has grown fully out of control (200 pages of original characters, Jesus), but I like this Paphiopedilum. That's actually one of the most-awaited flowers for FKG, since Paphiopedilum, Dendrobium, Cymbidium and Cattleya are apparently called the "Four Ocean Orchids".

Working an external character into the already sordid Orchid Mansion affair is probably going to be difficult, though. Maybe that's why we haven't seen a slipper orchid knight?
