As for soku, however, I'm sure I will someday; I do keep my promises except for the ones made with Tangent, apparently, after all. It's just, I'm half-looking for the perfect opportunity to jump in a thread hosting with fishdeck and find an actual fishdeck player, but at the same time I want to update to 1.10 and magically become one of those tourneyfags I always dreamed of being.

To be completely honest, soku really just isn't the same anymore. It's this brick wall I - and a bunch of others - hit in IaMP and then SWR, which was only fixed by the next installment coming out. Whether or not another toohoo fightan will be made isn't even a question that needs to be asked, so it's just a matter of waiting for it to come out then jumping on the bandwagon.

With the aid of a tripfag or two and one faggot who happens to hang out with a bunch of Toohoo Fightan-playing tourneyfriends, what was otherwise ancient history blossomed into something incredible. Actually, while ZomB and friends' transfer was already explained, I honestly have no idea what made the other soku players give up soku for this.

Still, it's a great game, so that /jp/ plays it is something to be happy about. I was honestly only expecting it to last a few days, after which I had planned to make a VagPov thread or something an spark an interest in passed doujin game fads, but this took off so well that it just didn't happen. Might still do it sometime in the future since I know a few VP players are lurking around here I see you Duckator, Guy, moo but, well, /jp/ - or more accurately, 4chan in general - can be pretty whimsical. The only reason we can have both FotM MMOs AND fightans is because the board moves so slow, otherwise the fad would be doomed to /v/.

But worry not, friend-- EFZ will stay in fashion as long as everybody's favorite massive lump of wood can keep it there.
