I assume you meant ZUN. As far as afterwords go, it seems he's more inspired by the practice of altered titles and people not reading an article thoroughly in general.
There are some parts influenced by that man, but it's not the basis for the whole work. To quote ZUN;

What's with the hate towards Ten Desires? People here constantly shit on it. (examples in this thread >>17532084)
Is it because it's too easy? The music being soft instead of blaring ZUNpets? Or is it because the religion plot getting another game and/or the character designs are crap because of this?

The atmosphere of Ten Desires is just so comfy, and having really old timey characters (pre-Heian / Asuka+Nara) is really nice.
