That is generalizing. Everyone has their favorites and there are people who don't give a shit about her. She just happens to have a character that computes well with the 4chan crowd. It's not just an act, but she seems to have a genuine mental misalignment that many find amusing.

Also you can't deny there's a huge fascination with the dichotomy of being an insane, socially inept retard tomboy in the body of a pinup model. I personally find it incredibly hot when I just watched a video of her doing intricate athletic back flips, and next moment she dances super awkwardly in a bikini and it becomes apparent she has no clue at all how to act sexy. The fact that she has such little understanding of the implications of having such a hot body is interesting and arousing to a lot of people. It's like watching a child learn how to walk.
