He's not responding to any PMs anymore, and the dialogue I fished out of him was something he had in the works for the daily interaction file (originally there was only the event file done for years), there was no promise of him continuing at all. I consider it lucky that he responded, found and shared his WIP files at all.
Overall, it slowed down considerably right now in terms of translation effort, but hopefully we'll recharge our juices and get back to it. As for Reimu, outpatient wanted to work on her when he's done with his other stuff.
