Tenshi loses (on purpose) and then rebuilds the shrine.
In the middle of the opening ceremony Yukari confronts Tenshi because she put a keystone under and build an extra place for her to stay at the shrine, so Yukari decides to destroy it because she didn't like that.
They fight, Yukari wins and the shrine is destroyed again.
Tenshi simply returned to heaven after that until after the shrine was rebuild once again.
Suika then invites a bunch of touhous to what she called a "celestial torture fest".
Tenshi defeats everyone of them and they have a groundbreaking party for the shrine in heaven.

The best things with Tenshi's theme are the first ten seconds of her "Bhava-Agra seen through a child's eyes" theme. Or "chidlish ecstasy", I'm not sure which one is correct.
