No, at the moment we have waaay too many dead hours. True golden age would either be during Gen3 when there are enough for everyone to have constant entertainment, but not enough for the girls to start stepping on each other toes. Also Gen1 needs more experience, you can see how they're ruff around certain edges.

The greatest threat for HoloEN is Yagoo fucking up and hiring the wrong person for Gen2 or Gen3.
