the sex scenes aren't really written to be erotic (at least in my opinion), and they do have some relevance to the plot, so it is worth reading them properly. being able to actually see how much different sakura is in that respect to the other heroines really makes you aware that she didn't have a normal life until then.
also, it's not like you have to pick either the sex scene or replacement, you can save before the scene, reload after seeing it and switch to h/non-h. i also didn't start fsn for the porn, but i did keep it on and i was happy for making that choice.
