That's not difficult to rip (pic related), just time consuming. All you have to do is save the flash files and run them through something like the Sothink decompiler. Would be quicker if the pictures weren't embedded in the flash file, but loaded from some external directory you could save from directly.

No, Touhou cosplay is common as fuck in Japan. The real reason for reposts is that the vast majority have a silly mental block about crawling Japanese sites (just copypaste moonrunes into Google and off you go). People just want to make things as easy as possible for themselves, so they repost stuff they saved from 4chan or stuff they find in archives like danbooru.
