She's absolutely not a double agent. From the very moment that she got her shit blasted in the back of the head by Godfrey in Cataclysm she's been in contact with The Jailer™*. The entire summation of Sylvanas' character is she's literally just a second coming of the Lich King at this point because none of the Forsaken actually had free will until Godfrey and his bunch, since they were very much under her control/absolutely loyal to her. Part of why she's working for The Jailer™ is the fact that she's extraordinarily paranoid of dying. Bitch has gone through so many Valk'yr revive tokens ( by destroying them no less to do it ) that she's basically out of all other options. It doesn't help that she has also burned bridges with and pissed off nearly EVERY psychopomp on Azeroth.

Bwonsamdi, the Loa of Death for Trollkind wants her dead. Eyir straight up threatens to murder her and by proxy, you, for Sylvanas trying to enslave her. Keep in mind Eyir is basically Freya, Queen of the Valkyries, so that's a VERY REAL THREAT. Oh, and to top it all off, she made a bargain with Helya that Fuckups The Wolfman somehow thwarted so that's another extraordinarily powerful death related entity out to kick her ass. Then to top it off, the Void Lords, the very ANTI-THESIS OF CREATION ITSELF, want her dead as well since the Undead are incorruptible.

TL;DR: The writing is shit and you've actually made me angry remembering this shit so have a Draenei ass.
