Sunset found her squatting in the class, too blocked from the pressure to be able to move. She was sweating bullets. If she didn't unleash the brown mass that was fesstering inside her guts, she'd go loopy. She had to shit, and it didn't matter where. She had to shit NOW.
"N-nii nii, if you are watching, please forgive me" wimpered Satoko as a tiny toot managed to escape her bum. She looks up in confusion, questioning her seeming relief, which doesn't explain the low rumbling that emanates from her small intestine.
Then, it happened. The rancid mass she was desperately trying to conceal inside her was anally birthed in the most fartingly way possible. As Satoko's bum played a cacophonous symphony of horrifyingly disgusting sounds, the brown diarroeic river flowed generously. Staining the clasrrom's floor, its despicable odour started to fill the air as Satoko's eyes started to tear up on their own. "Save me, big brudder", whispers Satoko as she finishes shitting up the place, the final brown fragment dropping from her ass pathetically. She then falls into the pool of her own fecal matter, exhausted, defeated, humilated from her own bodily functions.
She catches a glimpse of an ojou sama holding some potent laxatives in her hand, watching from one of the windows. Then Satoko fucking dies.
