It's fairly simple. Grab an Android emulator (Bluestacks, Nox, etc), download DMM Games app APK from DMM website, login, then download DMM games through that app. You can also switch between all-ages and R18 version, but I'm not sure if you can install both version in one instance.
One difference I can notice is that in Android-ported games, you have to download all data from the start. See pic related, for example. However, after that, there's no further data download outside usual game data communication, and unless you fuck something up, the cache stays forever. In some emulators, you can also bind keys, like spacebar to tap FF button, etc.
