I mean, he is working with Natsumi Kei for Oniokoshi. I'll take Meguri's art over Oniokoshi's though.

Natsumi Kei's art worked for Umineko due to the scenario allowing her to go with more out there compositions, but it feels gratuitous in Higurashi, and her actual characters often have odd proportions and lack in details.
