Impressive, you made a post without "shit" in it.
Keep this up and one day you'll fit in here.

Have you ever considered that it's because those shut-in regressive autists, as you put it, have more time to think, more time to thoroughly enjoy stories?
Meanwhile normalfags are too busy with their lives and too impassionate to get really invested in any hobby. Nevermind a hobby that isn't perfectly socially acceptable by their NPC circles.

He's right, you know.
Entirety of Satoko's character development in Sotsu was building to it, she had doubts to begin with and went too far to be able to reconcile her actions. And Satoko takes most of the screentime, so it's not even the slightest exaggeration to say the entire season. Hell, it started before Sotsu when Gou episode 23 made it clear that Witch Satoko can't suppress her deepest human feelings that easily.

I'm sorry that you can't read the characters at all and have to complain about obvious developments when they happen. Though that's to be expected from one whose rhetoric ability is limited to inane greentext/capslock implications.

It had been almost a decade since we got Higurashi anything, so naturally Satoko fans were content and asleep instead of reposting the same old shit.

It takes a meme character, which Satoko isn't, to drive dead franchise shitposts. 10 years from now on, people will probably be waiting for Phase 4 and still posting the same 20 year old rifyu 4komas. Though I'd like to imagine that Ciconia will be good and become popular enough to have spawned new material by then.

Okay, no Ciconia/Revelation discussion today without endless off-topic religion spam. Gotcha.

Don't pretend to be stupider than actually you are.

Having the necessary formal training is extremely important for any field.
You wouldn't trust your health to a self-taught doctor. You wouldn't want unlicensed drivers on the roads of your daily commute.

To quote R07 himself, "no matter your passion for something, you can never make it as a professional without skill." That's why he sought education in arts. But he left it extremely limited.

While it is possible for an individual artist to self study and discover millennia of history and development behind his field of choice and all its modern day nuance to understand what makes for good art, it would be simply inefficient and foolish to do so. You wouldn't want to derive orbital mechanics from scratch if you were going to become a spacecraft engineer--the same applies to creative pursuits, no matter how much bohemian artfag types might want to disagree. A far better option is to simply have professional educators teach you what you need to know. An author who has substandard understanding of his field won't ever be truly good.
