It doesn't. the closest thing is, you can marry her by the end of the game, but she isn't really your biological daughter.
but you do get to have a lot fun together, like going on vacation, you can stay by her side when she is ill, talk with her about her favourite things... but no, incest is only implied in this game. It doesn't even have any sex.
Save for the bandits that may molest her, a rich man that pays her for her company, and making her work at a sleazy bar. but it does have it's share of pervertness, like the undress (only trough cheat), boxomize pill, and selling her to be wed to a lizard.
