Monsterized girls who were human aren't so bad. There are pros to it. They remember what it was like to be weak. They're more likely to understand why you might have reservations, and aren't as overbearing. Someone born a vampire, a dragon or a demon just doesn't have that perspective; they love you all the same, but they're patronizing. Beware, however, of the girls who were human, and overcompensate for it.
