Sadly she is.
In her persue for more hiring opportunities on JAV she bogged her face beyond recognition, put some big big chest implants that looked awful with her very slender and increasingly skinny bodyframe.
She looked like a bad caricature of a woman.
This ironically made her less appealing to JAV producers wich lead her to leave the industry last year.
This one hit me hard because Miyuki Arisaka was one of my favorite JAV actress, especifically for her peculiar beauty.
This was a tragedy, one that I dont want to see again in any other woman.

She was beautiful pre boob job and facial surgery.
Now she looks so uncanny, kinda freaky, like an alien in disguise trying to pass as human.
Also shes now extremely skinny, almost skeletical, she was always slim but not like shes now.
All that facial uncannyness, big boobs over a very thin body frame makes her look unpleasant.
Why do women do this to themselves, she was perfect and beautiful.
Its so unethical to botch someone like this...
