I'm not sure what you mean exactly, but summoning magic allows you to summon a monster that signed up for it before hand; you can specify what kind of monster you want too, as long as that type fits. It's not said if it works on men so monsters can summon them (expect KC's "sure, why not" answer), but monsters need to know about it first.
If you mean married couples, there's a separate teleportation spell that's about teleporting oneself instead of your partner. Connection you have with your wife allows you very easy teleportation to her and vice versa.
