Unscripted collab developments is something that can only happen between either extremely skilled performers that can perfectly adlib their character in response to anything, or moderately skilled performers that are very comfortable with eachother and know they can play off eachother naturally. Kiara's both new to hololive and hasn't interacted with Pekora or Moona on stream before, there's no way they didn't sit down together and patiently plan out her collab. She's too green to even teetee believably, even though she herself probably is genuinely excited to be able to collab with Pekora, there's no way they'd do something as risky as unscripted NTR drama with her, there's way too much chance for accidents, misunderstandings, or the newbie just freezing up because she doesn't know how to respond to something unexpected on a high-viewership stream. Remember Shion in Sugita's radio show?

Also it was telegraphed as fuck in general anyway. I really pity anyone that couldn't see through someone as sloppy as Kiara, even if it were in japanese.
