You mean this? That's so much easier than the Normal version. (on normal, I bomb on that one since it takes too long to capture and it could easily rob me a life)

What to do on that card? Dodge. Simple. When new knifes are shot, it's important to look for the largest gap, and place yourself so that the nearest knifes go past you and then move marginally up or down to dodge the other knifes. After that it's simple fast dodging, flying from one side of the screen to the other, flying a bit away from the knifes and through them when you see a gap big enough.
