I mean, obviously I could go take the dolls somewhere else to get pictures of them, but I wanted to show off how my battle station looks at the moment, dolls and all.

This camera can take "reasonable" quality photos when I give it good light, it just really struggles with anything less than direct sunlight.

I'm sure it's been asked a million times, but what is a good, basic camera that has the functions I need to take decent photographs, and has or can easily be mated to a tripod? As I believe my shaky hands and pile-of-books "tripods" are the primary reason for my crappy photos.
