Flare is an aquired taste for the grown-ups or something. Sure, she has the least subs and tiddy-dragon already surpassed her, but even with only 60k her streams get 2k steady viewers at least, and her fans are quite dedicated. Also most of her fanart is just top notch for whatever reason.

If she really wants to raise her subs she'd just host some drunk streams with Miko, Koronen and the 3kisei crew on her channel for a while.


Also Miko suffered a lot more than her with sub 30k for over a year. Sui-chan was historically low as well but her weird entry into holo (one time reject, later recruited as songstress first) and being her own modeler (!) played into that I'd believe.

Noel and Coco, formerly Choco-sensei as well, feel like horny boy filters so the others don't have to deal with it. I'd say it's win-win.
