Professional kigs (precure, sailor moon, etc...) are pretty much always girls, but you’ll never see them lewding themselves like hobby kigs.
But to be honest, stop caring about who’s inside. They’re basically costumes, anyone can wear them. I bet most people here wouldn’t be able to tell when their favorite kig got worn by another person.
