Kogasa is completely harmless

She actually works as a babysitter, as she thinks Mary Poppins is an Umbrella Youkai like her, and wants to make herself useful to humans as she wasn't useful or wanted as an umbrella.

No one wants a scary babysitter though, so it's better to just play peek-a-boo with children.

I like Kogasa pretty much.

Now this is interesting, with a fixed location it's probably more likely that we will see more of the UFO characters in the next games, or at least have them involved in the story.

This is more accurate than a lot of ye ol' jappo art of her.

Is it just me or are the stage themes in UFO much better than the boss themes? After listening to them for a few hours, I'm grown quite partial to them, especially the 2nd and 3rd stage.

They both seem to create a particularly fitting atmosphere.

I've come to the conclusion that ZUN is just trolling us at this point. There's no other explanation.

He picked the most utterly absurd Youkai in Japanese myth--not a manifestation of nature, not an animal, but an UMBRELLA, and made it into a character. He must figure "hah, well if the fans will make fanart and such of any character, I might as well make them draw the most absurd thing possible!"

And so he does. And people draw fanart of it.

ZUN is brilliant.
