Made progress. Encountering a problem on the 7th turn where I need Sakuya to use her LW before Marisa, but Marisa outspeeds her. Can't fix it with their skills since the Charge/Quick skills are on the wrong units, and Marisa using spellcard instead turns it into a 9 turn fight. Feels like a consistent 9 turn fight, but hopefully shuffling around story cards takes it to 8.
