No, I mean in relation to Youtube and publishing. I know how to use them. While I have my own channel to host the subbed video if permitted, I don't know the common CoC for cases like this, and I wonder if I'm not interfering with anyone's not-so-hayai efforts.

I'm also not sure about the numbering of lines in .srt, as it's so ancient that I have never worked with the format before. Does it only take integers or are fractions allowed too?
