You need to use spellcards more often. Or just change Suika's deck to something else. Most of them had a long startup so I already knew to block whatever attack you wanted to throw at me.
As for this, well I honestly don't know the tiers and I don't want to overexaggerate. One guy ranked me liked that so I use this description ever since.
