It's an original t-shirt created by Kirako herself, the character is called Wooper Looper. There's a bit of a backstory there.
Last month Kirako made that shirt and when it was decided she was gonna tag with Berika and Inori for the meet and greet, she gave them the same shirt. Some wotas who met the members on the event asked them about that shirt. Inori was asked if she borrowed that shirt from Kirako but she said Kirako gave it to her (prolly forced it on her). Kirako was asked if she gave it to Inori and she said yes. Later she said she'd give Berisa and Runrun the same t-shirt so they can become Team Looper/The 5 Loopers. Around an hour ago on the free mobame, Runrun followed by Kirako showed that they're wearing the Wooper Looper t-shirt. Then for some reason Chaputen posted a pic of herself wearing it too.
