I've spent maybe 4 or 5 hours total in the past couple of years bumming around in english speaking vtubers streams, Artia who I just learned about the other day because apparently chinese vtubers also do english streams which sounds dumb when I say it now but hindsights 20/20 was fun for a dozen minutes longer than the others I've tried, which is a dozen minutes longer than most, but the only one who seriously made me want to watch more than 1 stream was Rhythm and by the second stream I was already done with her. It's not really about the language but the ones I've tried were just boring and didn't catch my eyes, no different than the countless vtubers I've watched. The only one I actively thought about beyond Rhythm was Melody who I hate for a dozen different reasons, but it's not the kind of hate that makes me shitpost on /jp/ about how much I hate her and her fans on a daily basis like some other anons do for too many vtubers.
