Maybe answering my own question, but I think if it says "new dress" then it goes into the general pool eventually and if it says "pick-up dress" then it's limited. If anyone can confirm, that would be good. I'm eyeing this Luxuria, but I have over 50 UR ticket rolls and literally hundreds of SR+ ticket rolls (and thousand of regular ticket rolls) if it'll just end up in the general pool in three months.
