I never understood the structure of the DBZ universe.

Okay, so the 5 Kais. They are galaxy guardians, right? So that means every galaxy has its own 5 Kais?

And where exactly do they all live? Are those yellow clouds (the Other World) located under every galaxy or just under the entire universe?
