I'm actually keeping a watch on Lavender for that reason, this thread wasn't the only place to have "what, they're skipping the very first event girl?" responses after new year. Maybe they will give a new version to the top event girl too, in which case Plumeria, Mirabilis and Lavender (#40, #54 and #58 in last year's contest) are the likeliest candidates.

Anemone being pushed makes sense, though - she's the only girl to rank in top three for two popularity contests, her taciturn personality evidently struck a chord with a lot of people. As an aside, she's also the first ranunculid the game had, and the only for the better part of a year - I think I even complained about that a few years back, unaware that the Great Buttercup Boom (a nearly four-month period where every set of new girls coincidentally happened to include one) was already set in motion.

Yeah, event 5* will probably get Alstroemeria-tier upgrades. But a boost is a boost, and Lavender has the highest stat total among event units, so she may be pretty good for whale stages at least. Lavender is also the most popular event gold bar none, so here's hoping that she'll eventually get a new version of her own.

I'm mostly worried about how expensive the 6* upgrade option will be, since it will take a resource that isn't easily renewable. I'm also at 200 rainbow medals, so I'll have to buy at least a few more tickets with my D-medals before considering it.

Silvia has a clone ability and an inhuman amounts of HP, which she recovers by 10%/18% per hit during skill/SAW (skill lasts 110 seconds and SAW is infinite at last stage, so you're in no danger of running out). She and her clones also have 50% dodge. While she can't be healed by other units, she's still the definitive duelist and will shred mithril golems, goblin warboars and these new elephant archers without remorse.

Oh god, good luck with that marathon. At a generous rate of two runs per minute, it's going to take 10 hours or so to go through all 600.

Also, it's an obvious ploy to make everyone spend their stamina potions before the popularity contest. I'm split between splurging now and waiting so that I can pool 100k votes on Cymbidium.
