It's considerably less of a stretch to not introduce American ships in a series where the main focus is IJN, especially considering how the season so far treats the history. So in general I just prefer theories that have less wild headcanons involved. The fact you by your own words can't reason this out means you probably just have significantly less to say about this topic than you believe you have.

Had a Kancolle dream last night.
