There's many things you can do, first is Max your flowers stats by using Attack/Defense/HP risers, you can use 30 golds for every attribute but then you'll have to use the rainbow ones, you can raise their stats up to 6000 with that.
There's also the weapon Awakenning, you get their weapons through character missions and you can awake then by rarity stones, you get them in the Aqua challenge missions, you can also forge higher rarity ones if your luck is not in your favor, of course there's more recent additions like Rarity growth for gold units (you could really use some on really good units like Rainbow rose or Choco cosmos), LV riser fairies, so you can take your units up to level 100, and last are the Flower Memories, these ones works like FGO CE's you get them with flower stones but also Rainbow seeds you can get them by doing events and in the exchange shop.
