Like >>11377778 said it would be easier to wait unless you are feeling impatient. I like to wait till before I go to sleep and then try and and go for the huge projects that would take 4+ hours and save high speed construction material that way. The only thing you should be worrying about sometimes is development materials because you can go crazy in trying to build things. It's important to note that you can go over 99 for each one of those even if it just stays at 99 in your Items tab. Pic related on the bottom is how many buckets I've saved up since after the event. So that's a little over a week. All I'll ever need is a bunch of resources if they ever plan on doing that kind of event again. I don't even need to consider getting the extra docks either.
