Well, Beaver and Hatsushimo usually cut-in for ~100, if they got their turn and weren't damaged (quite rare). Prinz was almost always above 150 damage with mixed cut-in.

Fair Winds and Following Seas, I'll be heading off to 5-5 soon as well.

As far as I know, every single ship got a luck boost with Kai Ni, even Fusous. I'll be happy with whatever result, my ten Maruyus will be ready.
The only ones with lowered luck were Fubuki after Kai (but was reverted to 17 with Kai Ni and higher max was introduced) and Nowaki - but again, only Kai.
I too wish Yuugumos would get the Kai Ni.
