don't go to a psychiatrist and lie about your depressions and anxieties they'll just give you SSRIs or tricyclics or etc that won't help for shit i tried that shit for a long time and the only good thing you'll get out of it is benzos for anxiety (which are quite nice but please use responsibly)
on the depression front they basically can't do shit, i recommend looking at ketamine and analogues. mxe is a must try, 3-meo-pcp is interesting and more are always in the pipeline

for any of the above it's very easy to break into a habit of significant daily use of large quantities, which for any of the above will rapidly result in an unmanageable tolerance increase (meaning wallet pains and long term health complications). i recommend trying something like small 5-10mg MXE bumps a coupla times a day
