sounds about right. Even though maybe not being apathetic but not knowing much about humans at all (things like the two of them being almost an adult person and the surprise of seeing a human in their world go in that direction). The question is, where did she get the idea to dress up as a maid?

I think them being evil and hostile is an exaggeration. Mugetsu is polite and tries to avoid fighting but Reimu attacks first and Marisa keeps provoking her. Genge shows up later, has no idea what's going on and decides to fight only because you fought Mugetsu.

They are strong for sure but they won't attack you unless provoked. As for the difference in personality, Muge seems to be the more calm and reasonable of the sisters while Genge is the one who acts first and thinks later.

But it's also called "Innocence" and "innocent" is what the jury would proclaim on this case, because it was clearly a home invasion and self-defence was justified.
