It's 13850358 here. I did it! I just cleared E-7 on hard (as well as the entire event). Here's my 2nd e-peen medal, just like I promised. It took 36 runs total to clear E-7, with 4 spent on last dance alone.

It looks like I spent 90k fuel and ammo over the course of the E-1 to E-7.
