If you're looking for "worst abilities of any non-Alstroemeria rainbow" then there are better contenders than Wheat or Loquat anyways. Cherry (poor girl) has high stats, but is more or less a shittier New Years' Ivy outside of boss battles, maxes out at a mere 30% skill activation rate, and only gets 15% attack reduction instead of the 20% debuffs that have become the norm among rainbows.

Keep in mind that attack reduction is useful by its very nature and that means she'll still easily hold her weight when placed in a properly debuff-centric team, but she doesn't offer nearly as much as her peers.
