I dunno, you can always lose weight but in your case it actually doesn't look bad because your body is proportionate with the mask and you breasts, hips, etc being overweight isn't really an issue in kigurumi as long as your proportional (ie if someone has a bad beer gut, have wide shoulders but don't pad their hips accordingly, or if they have a large frame but dont get big enough breast forms the list goes on and on) these all make the character look weird in some way (but you seem to realize that seen as you use breast forms even though your a girl

all in all it doesn't (really) matter if your heavier than most other kigs (sure youll stand out a bit but that can be a good thing) its just slightly more work to make it look good
