Hashihime of that variety are such extremely localized deities that they barely even count as having a divine domain. One bridge, and that's it.

Put the scarf around your neck from the back and pinch where it meets, should be around the hollow of your neck. Keep the ends together and wring them around on the inside against your neck. Then fold the ends and pull them up in a noose through the loop you just made on the outside. If it doesn't hold, wring it around twice in opposite directions.

The only other one I've seen - from a little known anime - came in the shape of an elderly lady with a wheelchair. Not that Touhou is known for sticking to folklore, but that's a pretty big leap from Parsee.
Not even sure whether hashihime are classic mythical creatures or a recent addition.
