Personal favourite for legs will always be Reiko Nakamori but she's retired. Their strength, size, tone, taper, slenderness and thickness where it mattered, and the way they transition into her ample butt will always be a masterpiece
Maki Hojo has great legs on account of her height/their length but a bit more meat on them would be even better
Reiko Kobayakawa has some nice firm pins too, I preferred them when they were a bit thicker but that says more about my tastes than the quality of her legs

My favourite is probably Maki Hojo but I'm not sure how well her features adapt to the page, especially without knowing your style. I'm also gonna guess that women with stronger features like Reiko Kobayakawa might be easier to draw.

Honestly though? Don't feel pressured to draw anyone I'm recommending. Instead, I'd suggest looking into some of the mature woman focused studios like Madonna, Monroe, etc and finding actresses with faces/builds/vibe that you find interesting as a point of reference if that's really what you want. Hopefully you will feel inspired!
