From the way she looks to the way she acts, her powers and her theme song and the whole concept of her existence, to sum it up in one sentence.

But if we were to talk about love...
I think a lot of touhous are wonderful and interesting and unique in their own way, yet Yukari is the one that makes my heart beat faster and gives me a warm and tingly feeling inside my chest. I don't know why she makes me feel that way.
It's not just physical attraction either. When I see a picture that depicts Yukari as "unattractive" I am not feeling any different from when I look at any other picture of her and always think that it looks rather cute in its own way, even if most people would feel repulsed.
