Is there a way to stop Elona from crashing when using number keys in Windows 8.1? I thought it might be a new Plus thing, but it turns out my old Elona beta is crashing whenever I hit the 1 to 0 keys.

One of the reasons I always hated two-hand and martial arts based characters is that you tend to lose out on a lot of bonuses that having the extra weapons provides. 6-handed mutants can really pile up the effects, skill boosts and resistances. Going mutant isn't as useful for long since the doctor in the 2nd continent can add a couple extra body parts later on, but going for a martial arts or two-handed char still seems like they would lag behind.

The last time I used someone with that many hands to it's greatest effect was when you could use Attribute to get nether health drain on your wep, though. I'm wondering how you'd keep your stamina high enough to use it often enough with a martial arts char.

They won't show up again, but those two aren't very good. They are both kind of joke characters. The level 35 angel you can pick up later on is decent, but other than him the two highest level uniques that offer to join, Pascal and Lityou, are probably the only ones that you'd regret missing out on.
