That's kind of the point. It's outright said there was no evidence she was being betrayed, just no evidence that she wasn't. Erika possibly built her own hell. It does feel like there should be something more to her past though, but we never learn anything about it before that.

In the recent Mei x Umineko crossover with R07 script, R07 seemed to imply a bunch of Rika parallels in her past, although nothing solid is actually said about it (It's revealed she dislikes the countryside, she knows about Hinamizawa and the Oyashiro-sama curse, she keeps calling Nao by "Nao-chama" just because she knows it's annoying and would bother her... which all seem to imply stuff about her, but nothing is actually said directly about it).

Do you mean the similarities to Rika? Ryukishi's stories often have completely unrelated characters that happen to have similar names and such anyway.

I guess it's way too convenient that she happened to be even tangentially involved with the Rokkenjinma rumors though.

Her name presumably isn't fantasy though and she got a Frederica Bernkastel poem.

You're probably meant to think Erika created her own hell, especially considering Bernkastel's poem about her "tragedy". Her boyfriend probably was dating girls on her back, but due to her refusing to trust him in the first place.

Bern's hell is never referenced as 1000 years long. The association you make there can work, but it's much more indirect than you try to make it seem.

We also know Erika's hell was about infidelity and the possibility of it existing even if she couldn't find evidence. You'd have a very hard time fitting that as part of Yasu's backstory.
