There are people here that probably already know about this, but I saw it in the code and wanted to share, this is from custom-g but should apply to custom too. Class does indeed make a difference in the potentials gained from sleeping, if I understood this right each class gives a guaranteed 4% potential gain, 2 attributes gaining 2%, except for the Tourist, apparently the Tourist class is the only one that gains 3% and all in one attribute, fucking speed, Tourist is the only class that gains speed potential from sleeping. I'm not sure if speed is a possible potential to be raised at random but Tourist will guarantee 3% raised every time as long as the bed allows potential gain. As you can see skills that you get at character creation receive a bonus too.
