as you're younger when you're coming in to the music, what are your vocaloid beginnings like? when i was first finding about vocaloid it was 2010.. i was 21. so for me, greats like unhappy refrain and official orange are not out yet (official orange came out in 2010 but i dont recall how quickly i found out about it)

in 2010 i start by finding triple baka, then world is mine, and various other nico reprints at the time. i'm happy just with browsing youtube for this music, also niconico is slow and it sucks, but i still wonder where i can find lesser known vocaloid, and if i can could i actually just download it instead because i hate streaming. once i start downloading things chances are my autism kicks on and i feel like i want to firmly commit to collecting literally all of this thing has to offer, so i head on over to discogs.com to browse what vocaloid albums even exist. i ended up discovering the EXIT TUNES compilations. the first i heard was Stardom 2, and then Supernova 2. the first song i hear in an album context happens to be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UC9YG8wvC5U mikudb and taggleburr's blogs helped me discover literally all of the good music early on and i had this playlist that was packed full of great beats to listen to while i played minecraft and smoked weed like a retarded NEET, and that playlist only got better in following years as more famous stuff got released. great memories.

since you got in at 2014 there were quite a lot of masterpieces printed already. how available did you find any of that was at the time?
