To be fair, Amina got pretty fucking far on just her hard work and guts. She was consistently a fan favorite and, while never pushed, she was at least featured in a lot of B-Sides. She basically represents exactly how far you can get without management support and her lack of support forced her to branch out on her own and find her own opportunities. Because of that, she has established a career as a stage actress and started working as a Seiyuu (she recently got a major role in Triage X). And if you really look at where she is right now, she's actually succeeding more than most other graduates in her post-AKB career.

As management kept building the tower of AKB as high as they could, some girls were handed the brass ring and took the elevator to the top. Amina grabbed the brass ring and took the stairs. Jurina took a helicopter. And while she never quite made it to the penthouse suite, Amina's accomplishments are nothing to sneeze at and are the reason why she will forever be my Kami Oshi.
