Magical Mirai songs are usually happy and uplifting, which is more in line with some newer stuff like Beautiful Fiction or Yozurina (but more upbeat to be more concert friendly).

I guess it would depend. If she is part of the theatrical part of the opening or closing ceremony I'd prefer something completely original that is perfectly tied with the visual performance (which would probably be something more more on either the entertainment or high tech side of Japan). If it's merely a band performance, then her biggest hits would be fine.
